FAQs
1.Why does it take so long to start or connect?
Because the adapter doesn't come with a power supply, it takes some time to power up and pair with your phone. This time may vary depending on your vehicle and phone. If it takes longer than 60 seconds, please contact us.
2.Why does audio playback experience lag or poor sound quality?
- Audio stuttering occurs due to audio frequency differences between the vehicle and the adapter. The default audio frequency is 149. Please access the adapter background (192.168.50.100) to adjust the audio frequency.
- It is normal that the sound quality when using a wireless connection is not as good as when using a wired connection. This is because a wired connection can provide more stable and lower latency transmission.
3.Why is the connection often unstable or disconnected?
- The adapter signal is affected by devices such as traffic lights.
- The adapter may overheat and automatically reduce power.
4.Why can't it connect automatically? Need to manually connect or re-plug the adapter
- When the device cannot connect automatically, please ignore the device in the Bluetooth settings on iPhone; please clear the cache on Android phone.
- Sometimes the reason why it cannot reconnect automatically after being disconnected is that the adapter is not powered off and the car computer cannot re-recognize it, so it needs to be re-plugged.
5.Why can other brands of adapters work properly with the same mobile phone and car computer, but yours doesn't?
This may be a compatibility issue, please contact us for an upgrade.
